When we began working with some of our Western Clients, we quickly noticed how important burn time and product quality are to them.

We are capable of producing a product with a burn time that can be specified with an accuracy of up to 0.5 hours, depending on the ambient temperature. In some cases, each of the client’s products uses a different type of wick, carefully selected for that specific item. This is why we consider ourselves experts in this field.

Moreover, we sometimes observe candle refills on the market that have no chance of burning properly — for example, due to poorly positioned wicks within the paraffin mass. In our production process, we have eliminated such errors and always strive to ensure that every product we deliver meets our customers’ expectations.

Our production is primarily based on custom orders from our clients.

We work with retail chains and private label distributors through long-term partnerships. The minimum order quantity is a truckload of 33 pallets or a 20-foot sea container.

We also operate physical sales points and vanselling in the northeastern part of Poland, within the area bordered by Olsztyn to the west, Łomża to the south, and Białystok to the east. We do not offer shipping services and do not dispatch single pallets.

Poland is the second-largest exporter of candles and grave lights in the world, which makes this industry particularly well-developed in our country. This applies both to the technologies used and the wide selection of products available.

The number of different types of grave lights and memorial lanterns is now counted in the thousands, with dozens of new designs introduced to the market each year. Ambient temperature has a significant impact on both the burn time and quality. If a candle is designed to burn at room temperature, for example, burning it at 12°C may cause the wax to melt only in the center, leaving a large amount of unmelted material around the edges.

If a refill or candle is intended to be used across a wide range of temperatures, it’s essential to select the right type of wick to avoid issues with incomplete burning.
